No.2 Compact Continuous Pipe Rolling Mill
The 114PCM continuous pipe rolling mill built by Beilai in 2015 is an innovative short-process precision continuous rolling unit at home and abroad. It is an environmentally friendly, energy-saving and intelligent production line dedicated to high-precision hot-rolled seamless steel tubes.
Co-developed by Beilai and Tongze Company, the production line has undergone extensive innovation and optimization in workflow, equipment structure, rolling technology and automatic control, reaching the advanced level among domestic peers.
Adopting walking beam heating furnace, cone roll piercing mill, 3-stand two-high rolling mill, together with 14-stand extracting & sizing mill as main configurations, this mill can produce various high-precision hot-rolled seamless steel tubes with OD 60.3~139.7mm and WT 4~16.5mm. It achieves outer diameter tolerance of ±0.2% and wall thickness tolerance of ±3.0%.
