100% body inspection for Beilai insulated tubing includes ultrasonic testing, drift test, hydrostatic test, and mechanical property tests (tensile yield, hardness, thread inspection, etc.). 100% weld quality inspection and thermal insulation performance test are performed.

Product Features & Functions:

1. When the inner tube of insulated tubing is heated by steam, pre-applied tensile stress is released to compensate for thermal expansion differences between inner and outer tubes, ensuring reliable high-temperature operation.
2. Getters are filled inside the sealed cavity to remove contaminant gases. This slows the degradation of insulation performance over time and maintains good thermal insulation during long-term service.
3. Steam injection with insulated tubing greatly reduces heat loss, significantly increasing achievable injection depth and steam quality delivered to the reservoir.
4. It reduces thermal stress on casing and cement sheath to prevent casing damage under high temperatures.
5. It delivers excellent thermal retention during oil production and substantially cuts heat loss. Buttress threads are adopted for the main string connection with favorable stress distribution. Liners fitted between tubes keep steam in laminar flow and reduce heat loss at joints.
