Quality Control
100% body inspection for Beilai insulated tubing includes ultrasonic testing, drift test, hydrostatic test, as well as mechanical property tests (tensile yield, hardness, thread inspection, etc.). 100% weld quality inspection and thermal insulation performance test are conducted.

Product Features & Functions:

1. When the inner tube of insulated tubing is heated by steam, pre-applied tensile stress is released to compensate for differential thermal expansion between inner and outer tubes, ensuring reliable high-temperature operation.
2. Getters are filled in the sealed cavity to remove contaminant gases. This slows insulation performance degradation over time and maintains good thermal insulation for long-term service.
3. Steam injection with insulated tubing drastically reduces heat loss, greatly improving injection depth and steam quality delivered to the reservoir.
4. It reduces thermal stress on casing and cement sheath to prevent casing damage under high temperatures.
5. It delivers excellent thermal retention during oil production and substantially cuts heat loss. Buttress threads are used for the main string connection with favorable stress distribution. Liners installed between tubes maintain laminar steam flow and reduce heat loss at joints.
