Product Features & Functions:

1. When the inner tube of insulated tubing is exposed to steam heat, pre-applied tensile stress is released to compensate for the thermal expansion difference between inner and outer tubes, ensuring reliable high-temperature operation.
2. Getters are filled inside the sealed cavity to remove contaminant gases. This slows the gradual deterioration of insulation performance over time and maintains excellent thermal insulation during long-term service.
3. Steam injection via insulated tubing greatly reduces heat loss, significantly increasing the achievable injection depth and steam quality delivered to the reservoir.
4. It reduces thermal stress on casing and cement sheath to prevent casing damage under high temperatures.
5. It provides superior thermal retention for oil production and substantially cuts heat loss. The main string adopts buttress threads with favorable stress distribution. Liners fitted between tubes keep steam in laminar flow and reduce heat loss at joints.
